A launch week is a container with a start, an end, and a capacity.
Published products scheduled into that week are ordered by how many verified members have supported them. Ties break toward the earlier schedule time, then the smaller product id.
A launch package can reserve a slot when the week is not full. It does not add a support, hide a label, or promise visitors.
Sponsored placements, if a moderator marks one, are listed in their own section with a public label.
